What is included in each tour?
Each guest will be provided with the following: a gourmet lunch, a backpack to carry your lunch and a few extra belongings that you may want to bring along, a poncho in case of rain, and hot and cold beverages.
Do you provide transportation?
Rainforest Tours provides pick up and drop off to most locations. A full day begins at approximately 8:30am and we will generally have you back to your accommodation by 5:00pm. Half-day trips are more flexible and we will work with your schedule to make the day fit for you.
Should we book our tour in advance?
We require at least 12 hours notice so we are able to have everything prepared properly for your tour.
How can we pay?
Payment can be made via pay-pal or cash.
Is there a minimum number of guests you'll take out?
There is a 2-person minimum requirement but we have many tours that have space for 1 guest to join, so please feel free to call.
Is there a minimum age to go out on a tour?
Guests must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult or a waiver has been signed indicating an underage guest may participate
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Deposit will be fully refunded if cancellation occurs 30 days before departure. In the unlikely event that Rainforest Tours has to cancel, refunds or alternate dates will be offered. We recommend travel insurance for all our guests.
Are you dog friendly?
We are! Depending on the tour, we can either bring dogs along, or we have paired up with Dog Adventures. Fully licensed, insured and affordable, Dog Adventures caters to all your pets needs. Let us know in advance if you would like to make arrangements for your dog(s).
